MVG 8th grade students got to tour all the programs at Caddo Kiowa Technology Center today. Career tech is a great opportunity for our students and we are thankful for their partnership. If you or your student has questions about CKTC or their programs, please reach out to Ms. Klugh.
This is the JH/HS bell schedule for next week during semester tests.
7-12th grade students are exempt from semester tests if they have an A with 3 or fewer absences, a B with 2 or fewer absences, or a C with 1 or fewer absences. School activities are the only absences that do not count against them. Students may be exempt from one class, but not another one.
Grades will be finalized by Monday May 15th, and students will be notified by Tuesday May 16th if they are exempt from the final or not. If a student is exempt, they do not have to come to that class IF parent permission is given.
In order to eliminate distractions during testing, students will not be checked out early. They must wait to be checked out at the end of each hour.
Parent/guardians must complete the following form to allow their student to be off campus during class time if their student is exempt from the semester test.

Tonight MVG 4-12th graders were celebrated at the Academic Honors Reception. These students were honored for having a 3.75 GPA or higher. Way to make MVG proud
Last week MVG PreK students went to the businesses in town and learned about our community workers.

As you all know our girls' softball made it to the state playoffs. This is the first time in school history. We are so proud of them as are all of you. We want to give all staff, students, and parents an opportunity to go and cheer them on so Tuesday, May 2nd will be a virtual day. Regional softball update-
They are starting tomorrow morning at 10 am. Our girls will play the second game which will start at approx 11:15 am.

Today's regional softball games at L-S have been cancelled. They will try to start tomorrow (4/28) at the same time, but depending on the weather, things could change. We will update with any changes as we know them.

It will take some time but because of our school and sports program’s reputation, we expect high-quality applicants.
