Good Morning! The 5/6th grade games at Ft. Cobb will be at 4pm today. We will leave school at 3:15pm. There will be TWO girls games and TWO boys games in this order....

Get Ready for Red Ribbon Week! Dress up days for all grades PK-12!!!
Red Ribbon Week began in 1985 following the murder of DEA agent Enrique "Kiki" Camarena, who was killed while undercover in Mexico. In response to his death, his friend began a campaign for his funeral where people wore red ribbons, which later grew into a nationwide and international anti-drug campaign coordinated by the National Family Partnership.
Red Ribbon Week is October 27th--31st! Life is a puzzle. Solve it drug free!

MVG 4-H students participated in a pumpkin decorating contest. They were all so creative. Hayes Dooley won for the scariest, Landrie Kate Holsted won for the funniest, and Oaklynn Eschenbacher for most creative. Great Job
❗SCHEDULE CHANGE❗ The 3/4th grade basketball game that was scheduled for Monday, October 27 has been postponed. Binger had a scheduling conflict and this will be moved to a later date. We will pass on the new date when we have one.

Mrs. Newton brought Kindergarten back season shells, shark teeth, and salt water taffy straight Galveston. We then did a lesson on the ocean as well as making taffy!
