Saturday LaRue Yellow Eagle, Hailey Payne and Meredith Pye took advantage of the opportunity to attend AgHERculture. This is a conference put on for high school women in ag. The conference was held at the Fordson Hotel in Oklahoma City, and they had a great time.
Due to an issue with Grandfield's football field, the JH football game at Grandfield scheduled for Monday Aug. 26, has been rescheduled for next week on Tuesday Sept. 3rd. at 630. 🐅🏈

Tomorrow is Sports Picture Day for JH/HS softball and Cross Country. Please make sure you have all parts of your uniform. (Socks, shoes, belts, jersey, pants, belts, etc) Freshmen make sure you have both your JH/HS uniform.
MVG juniors Mason Smith, Mabree Hooper, Hannah Winters, Mikaylyn Ahdokobo, and Hailey Jo Payne volunteered at the Carnegie Food Pantry Distribution this morning. We are proud of the students for giving back to the community.

We all survived the first day of school! Thank you for being patient with us, it was a great day!! Pick up/drop off procedures for all PK-12 will resume to normal starting tomorrow! Pick up/Drop off is on the west side of the building. Below is a diagram for your reference. PK-6 Students dropped off before 8:15 will wait outside with Mrs. Mac.
Greetings, It's hard to believe school is starting. With all the construction this first week is going to be somewhat chaotic. We will get through it if we will be patient and flexible. Everyone will need to park in the north parking lot. I am looking forward to seeing you all.

Today is the school supply giveaway at the Methodist church from 11-1. Supplies available for MVG PK-6 graders. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and homemade cookies will be served as well.

The Kiowa County Health Department will be at the school THIS Thursday July 25th from 10 am to 1 pm for anyone who is not up to date on their back to school shots. They will be set up in the Cafeteria. A parent/guardian must be present with the student.
