Here are some highlights from CKTC's STEM day for 9th graders. 📚
- They looked though different microscopes 🔬
- they practiced cpr, surgical skills, and looked for "tumors" on a sonogram 🩻
- heard from different colleges about science and engineering 🧫👷🏽♂️
- used VR to fly a medical helicopter 🚁
- held/touched a human heart, lung, and brain! 🫀🫁🧠
- practiced robotic surgery on a machine used in hospitals🦾🧑🏻⚕️

Wood tech is selling chances on a raffle for 2 sets of cornhole boards to be drawn during halftime of the Senior Night Football game on November 3rd. $5 a ticket or 5 tickets for $20. First winner can pick what they want personalized and 2nd winner gets the American cornhole boards as pictured.

Update on 3rd/4th grade games this week. There are no games tomorrow(Tuesday) and the game at Fletcher on Thursday is BOYS only.

Picture Retake Day is tomorrow! Retake Policy: Bring back your packet and use a marker to circle the problem area on the largest print so the photographer will know what to improve on. The package will be replaced w/the new photo. If problems are not technical please send $10 to replace your package. If you were absent that day there are forms in the offices or a proof will be emailed to you.
